Introducing the Komfort High Performance Liquid PU Adhesive is a one-part polyurethane adhesive known for its high strength and powerful bonding capabilities. It is commonly used in various different industrial and manufacturing processes and boasts exceptional bonding strength and gap filling capabilities. The open time -5-10 minutes and the adhesive contains a slight foaming action upon application. The adhesive is fully waterproof and meets EN204 D4 standards, making it ideal for bonding an extensive range of materials in multiple different underfloor heating applications.
HOW TO USE
1. Prepare the surface: Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
2. Apply the adhesive: Cut the nozzle and apply the adhesive in beads or an even coat to the face of the board or joint.
3. Press the surface into the adhesive: Press both surfaces together ensuring they are pressed into the adhesive to ensure full contact. It is important that both surfaces are brought together within 5 minutes of applying the adhesive to ensure a good bond can take place.
4. Cure the adhesive: Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 45 minutes. The time it takes to cure can vary depending on temperature, but it can take up to 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure.
