Introducing the Komfort Underfloor Heating Room Air Temperature Sensor 10K (NTC 10k @ 25°C) is compatible with all Komfort thermostats that support air sensors. Specially designed for precise room temperature monitoring. For best performance and protection, we recommend installing the sensor within a conduit, which shields the probe and facilitates easy access for servicing.
The sensor measures the temperature by use of a NTC, PT or NI sensing element. The sensing element is either a glass packed thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient or a platinum film sensor or a thin nickel layer on a ceramic substrate. Its resistance changes according to the temperature. The change follows a specified curve.
