The KOMFORT 205 system is used between the floor joists, where the pipework is stapled into insulation board and a lightweight biscuit screed is then laid flush to the top of the floor joists. Floor boards are then laid on top with no additional build height. This floor can be finished with tiles, carpet, vinyl or wood.
